Virtual Public Hearing on Proposed Amended Rules Change for Dealers Set for Today, October 5

TRENTON – As previously announced, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on the proposed amendments to rules pertaining to the licensing of motor vehicle dealers today, October 5, 2023, beginning at 10:00 A.M.

The hearing will be conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams, and will conclude at 12:00 P.M. or the conclusion of all public testimony, whichever is earlier. All individuals wishing to provide oral testimony will be allowed three (3) minutes to give testimony.
