NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDED RULE CHANGE FOR DEALERS

 (TRENTON) - The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amended rules pertaining to the licensing of motor vehicle dealers and leasing dealers. The Commission’s proposal(s) was published in the July 17, 2023, issue of the New Jersey Register.

The regulatory proposal may be found on the MVC website, njmvc.gov. A copy may also be requested from the Motor Vehicle Commission by emailing a request to MVC.RuleComments@mvc.nj.gov, or by calling (609) 777-1407.

The public has until September 15, 2023, to submit comments to this proposal.
