Danielle,

I’ve attached the Ocean County Smart Growth Report and maps (Northern Bay Corridor Study).  The map file is large.  I hope it’s ok.  I’ve also attached the revised Housing Element.  Page 20 of the revised Element contains population and household projections through 2030.  A  Discussion section follows the projections in which we dispute the MPO numbers.  The projections are also contained in the County Study

Tara said we submitted our Circulation Element and out draft Circulation Element.  I can’t attach it because it does not include the maps in digital form.  I may have to hand carry copies.  Tara also said that page 9 of our Petition has a Section on compliance with the State Highway Access Management Code.  The last sentence of that section states that the Township will formally adopt an ordinance specifically requiring compliance with the State Highway Access Management Code as a condition of approval.  Is that wording sufficient to satisfy check list requirements?

I’m working on language for the justification of our Center.  I’ll have it to you tomorrow.  Hope all went well in Middle Township.

                                                                                                                        Thanks for your help,
